Too Thin: RIP Ana Carolina Reston
Brazilian model Ana Carolina Reston died from anorexia nervosa on Wednesday. She was hospitalized for kidney malfunction since Oct 25. She was with Ford and Elite, and did some modeling for Armani. She was 1.72 meters tall (5'7.5'') and weighed 40 kg (88 lbs). That, according to my calculations, is a BMI of 13.5. She was 21. My condolences for her family and friends.....

Was she working near the time of her death, when she had that low BMI?
no, she had trouble finding work when she got too thin
